I’m from Algeria living in Italy and I have Italian documents. What are my options to come to live in the UK?
When you say you have Italian documents do you mean you have permission to live in Italy or you now have an Italian passport therefore are now an Italian citizen?
If you are an Italian citizen now you can live in the UK as you will be exercising your treat rights as you are now a European citizen.
If you still are an Algerian citizen then you will need permission to live in the UK. There are various routes this can be established such as work, student, asylum, marriage to name a few options. Please consult an immigration solicitor as a full consultation will be required.
